Lodge Place is an 18th-century L-shaped house located on Ashford Road in Great Chart. The building has two storeys and is constructed of red brick, with the south-east front being painted. It features a hipped tiled roof and has three sash windows, although the glazing bars are missing. There is also a small porch.
