Description

This is an 18th-century coach house and barn situated on Ashford Road in Great Chart. The building is long and has a high hipped tiled roof. The south-west end is weatherboarded and tarred, while the north-east end is built of coursed ragstone with red brick dressings. A projecting hip roof is present over the waggon entrance in the weatherboarded section. This building was originally listed as a weatherboarded barn to the southwest of Lodge Place.
