Description

Pear Tree Farmhouse is an 18th-century building located on Ashford Road in Great Chart. It is constructed of red brick with grey headers and features two storeys. The ground floor is supported by five brick buttresses. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles, complemented by a modillion eaves cornice. The farmhouse has four casement windows and doorcases that include a flat hood with brackets, leading to a door made up of six moulded panels.
