Description

Prospect Place is an early 19th-century house located on the west side of Ashford Road in Bilsington. It is constructed with a timber frame and is clad in weatherboarding, topped with a plain tiled roof. The house is two storeys high and features a hipped roof with projecting, offset stacks, one rendered, to the left and right. The fenestration is regular, with three sashes containing vertical glazing bars on the first floor, and two on the ground floor, all within moulded surrounds. A central door consists of two moulded panels, topped with a rectangular fanlight.
