Description

The Cottage is an 18th-century building located on the north-west side of The Street in Egerton. It stands two storeys tall, with the ground floor constructed of painted brick and the upper floor weatherboarded. The roof is hipped and covered with tiles. The building features two sash windows that retain their glazing bars. A trellis work porch adds to its character. There is also a later extension at the rear of the property.
