Description

Middle Pond, located 150 metres northeast of Cranbury House, is a pond with a fountain dating from the early 19th century, possibly designed by J B Papworth. The pond has a diameter of 8 metres and features stone coping around its edge, along with 8 terracotta vases. The fountain has a square base made of terracotta, with a pillar that supports a bowl, which is topped by an upper stone bowl on a pedestal. The fountain is adorned with three dolphins.
