Description

A pair of table tombs, dating from around 1800, are located 18 metres south of the porch at St. Peter's Street in Bishops Waltham. These stone rectangular monuments feature moulded cover slabs and have a baluster set into each corner, along with moulded caps and bases. The tombs also have moulded panels that bear inscriptions, which are both worn, but one refers to Sarah Jones, who died in 1808.
