Description

32 Southgate Street is a building from 1833 located on the east side of Southgate Street. It is designed in the late 19th-century Dutch Jacobean style and constructed of red brick. The building has three storeys and features three paired windows with bow fronts on the ground floor. A projecting porch adds to its architectural interest, along with decorative details such as pilasters, bands, dentils, and a pediment. The roof is not visible due to a parapet. This building is listed for its group value, as it is part of a collection of listed buildings on the east side of Southgate Street.
