Description

Warwick House is a house of timber-framed origin, largely rebuilt in the mid-18th century. It is constructed with painted brickwork in a Flemish bond pattern, with a first-floor band on the west wall. The roof is tiled, hipped at the west end, with coupled half-hips at the east, and features a wooden moulded eaves cornice with dentils. The south front is symmetrical, with two storeys and an attic, and has five windows arranged evenly. The windows are sash windows in exposed frames. The doorway has an architrave, panelled reveals, and a seven-panelled door with three glazed panels in the upper section. A rear wing terminates in a gable with a bricknogged exposed frame.
