Description

Four Winds is a house built in 1906-1907 by the architect XWicer Shultz for Miss O M Seymour. It is constructed of brick and has a plain tile roof. The house is two stories high and features five bays on the front and three bays on the sides. The front entrance has wide central double doors beneath a long lintel, with a wide, flat relieving arch above and a 2-light leaded casement window situated above the doors. The other bays have full-height canted bays with 4-light casements on both floors. The roof has wide overhanging eaves that extend in front of the bays. It is hipped, with chimney stacks on either side of the ridge at the right end and a longitudinally set stack on the left hip.
