Description

40 Little Minster Street is a 17th-century building of two storeys and an attic. It was formerly listed as number 8. The building has brick walls which have been painted, a brick string course, and an old tile roof with two dormers. The windows are notable for their mixed glazing; contemporary mullioned windows are present in the upper sashes, while the lower sashes are 19th-century replacements. A 19th-century door is also present.
