Description

This is a dovecote located 75 meters west-northwest of Hunton House, dating from the early 16th century. It is constructed from flint rubble with stone dressings and features a hipped roof covered in plain tiles. The structure is square in shape, although one side has been rebuilt and another is in a ruinous state. There is a doorway with a four-centred arch, and inside, a blocked internal doorway can be seen. The nesting boxes are made from chalk blocks.
