Description

Hammers is a house that was originally a pair of houses, built in the late 18th century. It features rendered walls and a thatched roof, and is two storeys high with four windows. The design is simple, with plain roof and walls. The windows are casements, including one old leaded light. There is an open porch with curved base walls that support posts, topped with a thatched roof, and a boarded door. The west gable of the building partially reveals the flint walling.
