Description

No 30 is a house that originated in the 17th century, with modifications made in the early 19th century and the 20th century. The building features rendered walls and a thatched roof. It is a timber-framed structure with a west extension that was reclad in the early 19th century, along with a small south wing added in the 20th century. The house has two stages and three windows, with a single-storeyed wing. The roof is hipped, and the wing is covered with pantiles. The walls are made of cob and rendered, and it has casement windows and half-glazed doors. Inside, parts of the original timber frame are still visible, and there is a large chimney breast.
