Description

Lee Manor House is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, with significant modifications and extensions in the early 19th century designed in a Tudor style, along with rear extensions added in the mid-19th century. The building features brick walls constructed in both English and Flemish Garden Wall bonds, with a first-floor band and plinth on the oldest section. It has arched openings that are segmental oval and four-centred, along with signs of altered features. The roof is tiled, and there is a fluted stack.

The west front elevation is symmetrical, consisting of two storeys with five windows. There is a one-storey and attic extension on the north side, featuring two windows above. In the early 19th century, the main part of the house had forward projections on each side, each with a hipped roof, and windows fitted on either side of the central section. The windows include 'Tudor' casements, with a central ground-floor triple Gothic sash. The north side projection contains a doorway with a gable on brackets in Gothic style.

The south elevation is continuous but irregular, incorporating the gable end of the front and has two storeys with three windows. It features Tudor casements and deep windows in the east side splayed bay. The doorway on this elevation has a pediment supported by large console brackets, and it features a six-panelled door, four of which are glazed.
