Description
This is a two-story house built in 1812, originally located at St Clements Close, formerly known as number 89 Greatbridge Road. It is stuccoed with a hipped slate roof. The south front presents a symmetrical design of two segmental bays. Each bay features a four-pane sash window on the first floor and a French casement on the ground floor. The ground floor windows have narrow border glazing within a bold, bolection-shaped surround. A modern glazed door occupies the center of the ground floor, and a modern two-light metal framed casement window replaces a former glazed door on the first floor, which originally opened onto a balcony. The remains of the balcony, including its cantilevered floor, cast iron rails, and columns, are still visible.
