Description

Rawlingson Cottage is a house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of flint and brick, topped with a slate roof. The building has a T-shaped layout with an extension at the north end, featuring one storey and an attic, and one window on each face, except for the north side, which has two windows. The steep roof includes gables and decorative bargeboards, along with one dormer. The flint walls are accented with red brick dressings, including quoins, an eaves band, and cambered openings. The windows are casements with half hexagonal heads on each coupled light. The plain doorway features a six-panelled door.
