Description
This is a late 17th and early 18th century house with a stuccoed facade, situated on Church Lane. The house has a tiled roof with coped gable ends and kneelers. It is two storeys high with an attic containing two hipped dormers, and features four windows with sash glazing, flush frames, and glazing bars. A porch with Doric columns leads to a six-panelled door, the top four panels of which are now glazed. An outhouse is attached to the north side and has coped gable ends.
A late 18th and early 19th century stone-banded brick wall runs along the north side of the property, supported by brick piers. The property forms a group with nearby structures, including walls, gate piers, and other buildings along Church Lane and facing Serampore Place.
