Description

Newington Place, Nos 1-5, is a late 18th century to early 19th century terrace of houses. The buildings are constructed of red brick and feature a tiled roof. They are two storeys high and include dormer windows. Each house has one window, which are sashes with glazing bars, except for No 33, which has unbarred sashes. The doorways are round arched with plain fanlights, except for No 49, which has a radial fanlight. Nos 33 to 41 (odd) form a group.
