Description
Salmon Leap is a small house dating from the 18th century, with alterations made in the 19th and 20th centuries. It is constructed of brick and has a peddledashed exterior with a thatched roof. The building is two stories high and features three bays, along with a narrow baffle entry bay. The front of the house has a rendered plinth. There is a 20th-century hip-roofed porch with a top-glazed door located in the narrow bay to the right of the center. To the right, there is a blocked window, and to the left, there are two wide 12-pane sash windows. On the first floor, there are three 12-pane sash windows. The roof is half-hipped at the rear, and there is a large chimney stack on the ridge above the door.
