Description

Vienna Cottage is a late 18th century to early 19th century building located on the south side of Bridge Road. It is constructed from painted brick and features a half hipped tiled roof. The cottage has three storeys and includes one window on the ground floor, which has a modern casement in a later brick extension. Above this, there is an early 19th century window with four lights, side sashes, and a central fixed pane with one opening sash. The top sash has boxed frames and glazing bars. The entrance door is adorned with a moulded architrave and a flat bracketed hood. Vienna Cottage, along with Bridge Cottage, which is a building of local interest, forms a group of significance.
