Description
The National Westminster Bank is a late 18th century building located on the north side of Hartley Wintney High Street. It is two storeys high and features a symmetrical front with three windows, along with a later eastern outshot that has one window. The building has a red tile roof and is constructed of red brick in Flemish bond, with rubbed flat arches over the ground-floor windows, the eastern opening being wider. There is a cement plinth at the base. The first floor has sash windows set in reveals, while the ground floor has modern casements and a bay window in the eastern addition. The entrance features a wooden doorcase with an open pediment, panelled pilasters, and an arched opening that includes panelled reveals and a fanlight.
