Description

Orchard House is a late 18th-century building located on the north side of Odiham High Street. It is two storeys high and features three windows. The roof is slate, and the walls are rendered with stone coping along the parapet. There is a band above the first-floor windows and a plinth at the base. The windows are sashes set in reveals.

To the east, a high wall contains an arched opening and a wider carriageway opening that provides access to a courtyard, revealing the east gabled entrance elevation. This elevation features a glazed door flanked by columns and narrow windows, all below a chamfered opening. At the rear, the garden front is also two storeys high with four windows, a hipped slate roof, brick walls, sashes, and a plain arched doorway.
