Description

Wilk's Water is an 18th-century building with later 19th-century alterations. It is a two-storey, four-window structure. The roof is covered in red tiles and has a half-hipped design at the north end. The walls are primarily red brick in a Flemish bond pattern, although some sections feature English bond. The ground floor openings have cambered tops, and there is a plinth. Parts of the exterior are clad in tiles and weatherboarding. Windows are casements. A timber porch with a concave lead roof and a trellis porch with an ogee head are present.
