Description
No 4 High Street is an 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of vitreous brick and features painted chamfered quoins that extend up to a parapet with stone coping. The front of the building has three bays, with windows that have painted architrave surrounds and stone cills supported by small brackets. The windows on the first floor are arched. The entrance on the east side has a four-panel door, dating from 1840, which includes curved and circular panels. This door is set within a 19th-century surround that features a cornice and a segmental pediment supported by brackets.
