Description

11 and 12 Lower Quay are an 18th-century building situated on the west side of Fareham. The building is constructed of red brick with grey brick headers, and has a tiled roof. It is two storeys high and contains three windows with late 18th or early 19th century casement windows featuring glazing bars. There is a doorway with what is described as a flat hood above it. The buildings form a group along Lower Quay, and are visible from the town centre approach across the Railway Viaduct.
