Description
2 Lower Quay is an early 19th-century house located next to Curtis Depository in Fareham. It features a stucco facade and a hipped slate roof, standing two storeys tall. The eastern facade is flanked by pilasters and has one window, which is an unbarred three-light sash with a segmental arch. The southern facade has three windows that are irregularly placed. There is a doorway on the north facade, which is adorned with engaged columns and a projecting cornice. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on Lower Quay, most of which can be seen from the approach through the Railway Viaduct across Quay Street.
