Nos 43 and 45 on Normandy Street are 17th century buildings with a timber frame and a brick facade that features black headers, dated 1704. They are two storeys tall with an attic and each has two bays. The ground floor has modern shop fronts, while the first floor is adorned with sash windows. There are two broad gabled dormer windows, and the roof is tiled. Nos 43 and 45, along with No 47, form a group.
