Description
Orchard Terrace is a late 19th-century row of houses located on Orchard Lane, consisting of 12 consecutive homes numbered 1 to 12. Each house is two storeys high and features two bays. The buildings are constructed of red brick laid in rat-trap bond, with Nos 1 to 6 displaying some polychrome detailing. They have slate roofs. The ground floor includes panelled doors and recessed sash windows with segmental heads, arranged in a rhythmic pattern of door-window; window-door; door-window. The first floor has windows positioned directly above those on the ground floor.
