Description

Kinghern Cottage is a timber-frame building dating to the 17th and 18th centuries, with a more recent north side. It is a one-storey and attic structure with an irregular arrangement of windows. The roof is thatched, with a 1/2-hipped shape and eyebrow dormers. The timber frame is exposed, with painted brick infill between the timbers. The windows are casements, and a modern porch has been added in a traditional style.
