Description
Norman Farmhouse is an early 19th-century building located on Well Street in Burghclere. It features a symmetrical front (west) with two storeys and an attic, comprising two windows. The roof is tiled, with stepped brick eaves and tile-hung end gables. A large square chimney stack has recessed blue brick panels. The walls are constructed of red brick in Flemish Garden Wall bond, incorporating blue headers, and the lower section displays three bands of flush flintwork with cambered openings. The windows are casements. A brick gabled porch with an oval archway leads to a four-panelled door, which is topped by a three-light fanlight.
