Description

Great Shoesmiths Farmhouse is an L-shaped building with a north-west wing dating to the 15th century and a south or main wing built in the late 17th century. The north-west wing is now faced with red brick on the ground floor and tile-hung above, with a tiled roof. It features casement windows with diamond-shaped panes. The south wing is a long, two-storey building constructed of ashlar, also with a tiled roof and casement windows. It has eight windows and a doorway with a pediment-shaped hood above.
