Old Woodcocks is an early 17th century timber-framed house located on Fletching Down Street. Originally known as Woodcock Farmhouse, the ground floor has been refronted with red brick. The roof is tiled and half-hipped. The house has two storeys and features casement windows, with three windows visible from the front. The original timber framing is filled with plaster.
