Description

Mark Cross is an L-shaped house from the early 19th century. It has two storeys, with five windows on the south side and three on the east side. The south front is covered in stucco, while the east front features red brick with grey headers arranged in alternate courses, along with long and short stuccoed quoins. The roof is hipped and tiled, and the glazing bars are intact. The south front has a curved bay with three windows on the ground floor. There is also a porch on the east front that displays the gryphon crest of the Duke family of Laughton Place.
