Pepperham is a 17th century or earlier timber-framed building that has been refaced with red brick, featuring alternating grey headers. It has a hipped tiled roof and casement windows. The building stands two storeys tall with an attic and includes three windows and one hipped dormer. There is a modern L-shaped wing added to the west side.
