Description

Two sets of gatepiers and a linking wall are located at the entrance to Shernfold Park, adjoining Shernfold Lodge on the north-east. The gatepiers are made of rusticated stone and flank the carriage drive, each topped with tall vases. To the south-west, a low wall connects these gatepiers to a pair of similar but shorter piers that flank the pedestrian entrance, which feature smaller vases on top.
