Mudbrooks House, formerly known as Springhill Farmhouse, dates from the late 16th century or early 17th century. It is a two-storey building featuring four windows, constructed of ashlar stone with a slate roof. The house has half-hipped gable ends that are tile-hung, and a large gabled dormer is located on the east side. The windows are casement style with stone mullions.
