Description
Fern Cottage is an 18th-century building located on the east side of Waldron Road in East Hoathly. It stands two storeys high and features two windows. The ground floor is constructed of painted brick, while the upper storey is tile-hung. The roof is tiled, and the cottage has casement windows along with a gabled porch.
