Lavender Cottage is an 18th-century two-storey, two-window cottage located on the west side of Waldron Road in East Hoathly. The exterior is stuccoed, and the roof is tiled. The original glazing bars remain intact in the windows. A small, contemporary shop window is located at the south end of the building.
