Description

Rosemount is an early 19th-century building located on the east side of High Street, East Hoathly. It is two storeys high and originally had three windows. The building is constructed of grey headers with red brick dressings, featuring quoins, a flush stringcourse and a modillion eaves cornice. It has a tiled roof. The front doorway is set within a moulded architrave surround, topped with a flat hood, and contains a door consisting of four fielded panels. A 19th-century addition exists to the south of the original structure.
