Description

Spring Cottage, located on the west side of Waldron Road in East Hoathly, consists of two houses, No 1 dating from the early 19th century and No 3 from the 18th century. The building is two storeys high and features five windows. It is constructed with grey headers and red brick dressings, including quoins and a flush stringcourse. The glazing bars are intact. No 1 has a slate roof, while No 3 has a tiled roof. The doorway is framed with an architrave surround and has a flat hood above it.
