Description

Yew Tree Cottage, located at No 20 South Street in East Hoathly, is an 18th century building that stands two storeys high and features three windows. The exterior is constructed with grey headers and red brick dressings, and includes quoins, a flush stringcourse, and an eaves cornice. The roof is tiled, and the glazing bars are intact. The entrance has a doorway with a flat hood above it. Notably, the northernmost window bay is a later addition.
