Description

Tanyard Farmhouse is a 15th-century timber-framed building. Originally, the timber frame was exposed at the rear, but the front has been refaced with ashlar stonework on the ground floor and weatherboarding above. The roof is tiled. The windows are casement style. A modern gabled porch has been added. The farmhouse is two storeys high with four windows, and a single modern window bay matching the original design has been added to the east end.
