Description

This boundary wall defines one side of a former carriage turning circle at Foxhunt Manor. It was constructed around 1900 for Joseph Lucas. The wall is built of brick and features stone ball finials and steps. It has a symmetrical plan, with a central semi-circular section flanked by straight elements. The low brick wall has curved brick coping and regularly spaced brick piers surmounted by stone cornices and ball finials. The straight sections of the wall include stone steps that lead from the drive to the park.
