Description

The Lodge of Grey Friars is an early 19th-century building, likely dating from around 1819. It is a single-storey structure with a T-shaped layout, constructed from coursed stone and topped with a tiled roof. Each wing features a gable, with the west wing adorned with barge boards, a finial, and a pendant. The building has casement windows that consist of two or three round-headed lights, each with dripstones above. The doorways are obtusely pointed and are located in small porches positioned at the angles of the T.
