Description

Catsfield Place, also known as Wilton House School, is a building from the late 16th century that has been altered and enlarged in the 17th and 18th centuries and since then, with restoration occurring in 1939. It has an irregular plan and stands two storeys tall with five windows. The exterior is faced with red brick and features tile-hanging, topped by a tiled roof. The building has sash windows with intact glazing bars. There are three gables facing east and one gable facing north, which includes a chimney breast on its west wall. Inside, the building features 16th-century panelling and a staircase dating from 1685.
