Description

The gates and two pairs of gate piers at Bateman's, located to the northeast of the house, date from the 18th century. They feature square stone piers topped with ball caps and are complemented by wrought iron gates. Directly opposite the entrance to the house is a smaller pair that includes a pedestrian gate, while further north is a larger pair with double carriage gates.
