Squirrel Cottage, formerly known as Brakes Coppice Farm Cottage, is likely the original farmhouse of Brakes Coppice. This 16th century building features a timber frame with plaster infilling and curved braces on the first floor. It has a thatched roof with a triped design and includes casement windows. The cottage is two storeys tall and has four windows.
