Description

Crowhurst Park is an irregular-shaped building constructed over several periods, with the earliest section dating to the 17th century and altered in the 18th century. The building has two storeys and originally four windows on the north elevation. It is built of ashlar and has a tiled roof. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars. A central projecting porch features an open arcade and a single storey above, surmounted by an obtuse pediment containing an elliptical window inserted in the 18th century. A central square brick chimney is present, featuring four diagonal shafts. The west-facing main front has ten windows. The north end of the building dates to the 18th century, with an 18th-century bay, a gable porch, and a more recent bay addition. A 19th-century addition extends from the south end of the building.
