Description

Crouchhouse Farmhouse is a late 16th-century timber-framed building that was originally two cottages and has since been converted into one house. It was restored in 1840 and features painted brick infilling, curved braces, and an oversailing first floor. The farmhouse has a hipped slate roof, which was originally thatched, and includes casement windows. The doorway is notable for its arched wooden head.
